- I can`t upload my photo in the form, it says "Invalid option values entered. "
For security purposes, we can`t allow any photo more than 800Kb to be uploaded on our system.
Solution: send us the photo seperately by email (contact at babycard.ca) and in the mean time, to fulfill your order, just send us any image/photo that would be less than 800Kb.
- How long does it take from the moment I order and the moment I receive the cards?
Once your order has been processed, we`ll customize the card within 24hours (weekdays only) then send you an email with the actual proof. Then you approve the proof, and we`ll send the cards to print. The order will be shipped to you within 10 days from your order, and depending on your location and the shipping method you chose, could take another 2 to 5 days to arrive.
- I would like to hire you to create my own cards, how do I proceed?
You can hire us through the website going on this page and fill in the form. We`ll review your photos, texts and briefing to create a first design that you can revise up to 2 times.
- I don`t have a Paypal account, how can I pay by Credit Card?
Paypal allows you to pay with your credit card without having to register. Follow the instructions on the payment page. If you have any issues, please contact us by email.
